C3-03 is a customized AGV for SMT production line, which can use QR code navigation and SLAM navigation technology, with a load capacity of 300KG. It is suitable for the automatic transfer of different heights of PCBA board materials in transport baskets, with flexible operation and stable driving.
Working method: After the AGV receives the system command, the AGV lurks to the bottom of the material rack, lifts the material rack, and carries out material transportation;

The lifting AGV can interact with the elevator to complete the operation of automatically going up and down floors.
The carrying capacity can reach 1500KG, and the full-load moving speed can reach 72m/min.
The map is self-learning, and the operation map is automatically updated according to the on-site environment when working, which greatly improves the environmental adaptability.
The primary positioning accuracy can reach ±10mm, and the secondary positioning accuracy can reach ±5mm
Equipped with a full servo drive, it can increase the speed quickly (0-72 meters per minute only takes 3 seconds), and has a fast rotation function (only 3 seconds for in-situ rotation)
