This project utilizes technologies such as latent lifting mobile robots, latent towing robots, automatic charging stations, the CRMS intelligent mobile robot control system, wireless docking systems, and the CWMS intelligent warehouse location management system.
Optimized Storage and Task Management: The intelligent mobile robot control system works seamlessly with the intelligent warehouse location management system. Using a weighted algorithm, it prioritizes placing large-volume and large-sized materials on the outer areas of the storage zone, heavier and high-frequency materials on lower shelves, and lighter, low-frequency materials on higher shelves. This approach increases the dynamic storage capacity of racks, enhances warehouse space utilization, and improves inbound and outbound efficiency. Task information is also bound, recorded, and traced to ensure data consistency and smooth operation.
Flexible and Efficient Material Handling: The mobile robots are compatible with various carriers, ensuring adaptability to the entire production process. They employ a relay-style task delivery system, where the endpoint of one task serves as the starting point for the next. This guarantees that AGVs execute transportation tasks efficiently in a continuous cycle.
