1. Intelligent logistics project of Romanian Lighthouse Factory.AGVs are mainly used to take trays carrying semi-finished washing machines from the vertical warehouse and send them to the production line for processing, and then take back the empty trays from the production line to send them back to vertical warehouse. It will increase material handling efficiency and realize fully automated material handling in warehouse and production line; AGV intelligent management system links MES system,and realize data exchange among AGVs, production line and inventory system.
2. Difficulties of the project in summary:
High requirements for docking accuracy.
The carrier's size is about L1200*W1000 and it weighs about 1T. It needs to carry materials of washing machines. Materials are transported from drum line, connected with conveyor AGVs, and then unloaded. Docking accuracy is required to be +/- 5mm.
1000 high-cleaness dust-free workshop.
It locates in a thousand-level workshop, which requires high dust-free treatment of the truck body.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: By importing Casun AGVs, manual handling is replaced.
