1. Intelligent logistics project of Gree Electric's Zhuhai factory, AGV is mainly used in application scenarios: Raw materials are transported to the production line side stations, semi-finished products are transferred along the line, and finished products are put into storage. The project site requires AGV to be transported across floors and regions. It needs to add warehouse management system, and link other systems to report the relevant data to the customer systems.
2. Project difficulties summarization: The main problems are large size of transported materials, high cleanliness requirements, a large number of docking machines and different docking heights, and a high error rate in manual handling.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGV: Manual handling is replaced by AGVs. Unmanned operation of the whole line greatly improves intelligent degree of manufacturing and transportation efficiency, ensuring integrity and traceability of the logistics/data chain, improving yield rate.

The size of material rack is about L1000*W700*H1300mm, the weight is about 300kg, materials are transported in two layers. The carrier is a tool for shipping PCB boards, the size is L500*W300*H800mm, and the weight is about 100kg,all these features raise material handling request.
The workshop where the project is located is a thousand-level workshop, which requires high dust-free treatment of vehicel's casing.
It is time-consuming and difficult for manual handling of such large materials. With multi docking machines and diverse technological process, error rate is high during the transfer process, which in turn leads to low production efficiency.
In order to realize fast-paced production, the demand of porters and working hours will increase, they will in turn lead to high salary costs and management costs.
Various material accessories in complicated routes of material distribution, distribution traceability is poor and accuracy of feeding is low.
1. 10 pcs magnetic bidirectional latent AGV / 6 pcs L-shape rear traction AGV /2 sets WMS are applied in the project.

Call the latent AGV to transport material through the wireless calling terminal, automatically connect and transport material vehicles, then automatically disengage after reaching the unloading point; When wireless calling terminal calls L-shape AGV, they will automatically transport materials and sends it to material calling site.
3. It will realize intelligent scheduling and intelligent warehousing by the perfect combination of Casun AGVs intelligent management system and WMS.
