The system requires intelligent management of material warehouses, real-time management of material-related information, and autonomous scheduling.
2. Summary of difficulties of the project: The main problem faced by this project is Slam navigation. The transported materials are large in size and 3.5T in weight. They are docked with the manipulator, and docking accuracy is ±10mm, which makes manual handling difficult.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: By applying Casun AGVs, manual handling is replaced. Unmanned operation of the whole line greatly improves the degree of intelligent manufacturing and transportation efficiency, ensures the integrity and traceability of the logistics data chain, and improves the yield rate.
