  • We will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the use of products and customer requirements, provide users with the most detailed, most appropriate and cost-effective design scheme, so that customers can choose the products they need most conveniently.


After-sale service

  • 1. Warranty maintenance, vehicle warranty for one year, expendable goods except (non-human damage), 24-hour service, arrival in Shenzhen within two hours, the main components by the sales company to provide spare supplies;

  • 2. During the warranty period, all faults caused by product quality problems will be repaired free of charge; during the free warranty period, all faults caused by component quality or production and installation process will be repaired unconditionally and free, except for irresistible external factors that violate operation rules or state regulations;

  • 3. After the end of the exemption period, we will continue to provide product lifelong maintenance services and charge corresponding materials and maintenance fees according to the specific conditions of product maintenance.

  • 4. Give the fastest response to the user's request for maintenance and help. After the user submits the maintenance application, ensure that technical personnel are sent to the site for maintenance within 48 hours.

  • 5. Equipment requiring repairs at the factory shall be repaired for a period not exceeding 5 days after the equipment arrives at the factory.

  • 6. Establish a perfect after-sales service system of dedicated line to provide you with technical services at any time.

  • 7. Maintain working communication at all times, provide 24-hour free technical support to customers, and provide technical services to customers at any time.
